it is possible to order personalised Contigo West Loop thermal mugs.

Basic rules of personalization of Contigo thermal mugs
By personalisation we mean the possibility to place the Customer's own inscription on the mug.

The following rules for personalisation apply:

1. the inscription can be divided into a maximum of 3 lines
2.Depending on the model of Contigo thermal mug selected, each line can contain text of length:

• West Loop - a maximum of 15 characters with spaces per line (letters, numbers or special characters)
• Huron - a maximum of 17 characters with spaces per line (letters, numbers or special characters)
• Streeterville - maximum of 20 characters with spaces per line (letters, figures or special characters)
• Byron - maximum of 17 characters with spaces per line (letters, figures or special characters)

3. The inscription can be made using one of 3 fonts: Anonymous Pro, Lemon, Marrow
4. only 1 font may be used per order
5. for technological reasons we do not print special characters in inscriptions - e.g. emoji.

We do not allow hate speech, vulgarisms
Orders containing inscriptions filled with hate speech, words commonly regarded as vulgar - will not be fulfilled, and the cost incurred by the customer will be refunded. In particular, we do not allow the promotion of violence, attacking other people or making threats because of their race, ethnicity, origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability or serious illness.

In each case, it is up to the shopkeeper or a designated employee to decide whether a sign violates the above rules. In each case, this decision is irrevocable. The customer will be informed of the decision by email.

Can a personalised Contigo thermal mug be returned?
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827) article 38, point 3, products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or to meet the consumer's individualised needs are not subject to the right of return.
